500 error if .htpasswd path is wrong

If the path to the .htpasswd file is not set correctly, the web server may return an HTTP 500 error (internal server error).

This is because the web server cannot find the .htpasswd file and cannot properly perform HTTP authentication. To resolve this issue, make sure that the .htpasswd file path specified in the AuthUserFile directive in the .htaccess file is correct.
